The competitive human nature has been the central theme of Niko Papadimitriou's artistic research in recent years. The human need for dominance and control, the anxiety to impose oneself on others, as an individual or as a collective, in various manifestations or forms, is the driving force behind his visual work. Papadimitriou uses a variety of materials and techniques to create drawings, paintings, prints, sculptures, videos, or installations.
